4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available), processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete payment.

5. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order --- it is merely a confirmation that we have received it.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. A contract between you and MIRAAS is formed only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

7. Intellectual Property
