Refund policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
At MIRAAS, every bottle that leaves our atelier is sealed with intention, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or returns. We offer exchanges — but only under the strict conditions outlined below.
ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
An exchange will be honored only if:

The product is damaged, broken, leaking, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect

The wrong product was shipped to you

The claim is reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product has not been used, sprayed, or tested on skin

The original product box, bottle, and packaging are included

The original invoice is included
For damaged or defective products: Visible damage (leaking, broken glass, crushed packaging, or wetness on the product box) must be evident. You may open the outer shipping packaging to inspect the product, but the product itself must remain unused and in its original condition.
For wrong product shipped: You may open the outer shipping packaging to verify the product name and variant match your order.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
The following are strictly non-exchangeable:

Change of mind, wrong size selected, or fragrance preference after opening

Product that has been sprayed, tested, or used in any way

Claims reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery

Products returned without the original packaging, invoice, or authentication elements

Individual skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, or personal compatibility issues (we recommend a patch test before full application)

Discovery Sets (final sale — no exchanges)
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Step 1: Email us at info@miraas.co.in within 24 hours of delivery

Step 2: Attach an unboxing video that clearly shows:

The sealed outer shipping packaging upon opening

The condition of the product box inside (visible damage, leaks, breakage, or incorrect label)

The product bottle itself without spraying or removing the cap (if applicable)

The original invoice inside the package
⚠️ No unboxing video = No exchange. No exceptions.
Step 3: Our quality team will review and verify your claim within 24–48 business hours.
Step 4: Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
Step 5: Once the returned item passes inspection at our atelier, your exchange will be dispatched within 3–4 business days.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Different size of the same fragrance (price difference adjusted, if applicable)
NON-DELIVERY & DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

If the package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged in transit, refuse the package and contact us immediately for priority resolution.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our atelier. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
After Dispatch: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled in transit. Upon delivery, only the Exchange Policy above applies.
IMPORTANT NOTES

24-hour window is absolute. The timestamp on your delivery confirmation marks the start of the 24-hour period. Claims received after this window will be declined.

Unboxing video is mandatory proof. Photographs alone are not sufficient.

One exchange per order. If the replacement product is also defective, a second exchange may be considered at our sole discretion.

MIRAAS reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet every criterion listed above.
